Dr. David is a registered Department of Veteran's Affairs Allied Health Practitioner, which means you can gain a referral for Chiropractic services to Hendrey Chiropractic from your General Practioner (GP).
Each Referral covers 12 x sessions initially with ZERO GAP PAYMENT.
